PAT is currently submitting hours to the Sick Leave Bank. We last solicited hours for the Sick Leave Bank in September 2000. To meet our obligations under the contract, we need to solicit additional hours from our members this year. Any hours that are unused will be kept until next year and used at that time.

The Sick Leave Bank Contribution Form (pdf) and the Sick Leave Guidelines (pdf) can be viewed online. Please forward completed forms to the PAT office as soon as possible.

Remember that a unit member must have 100 hours of accumulated sick leave to contribute to the Sick Leave Bank. On the sick leave contribution form, Please DO NOT fill in the box marked “Office Use Only”. Thank you for helping with this important project.
